PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, PRICES AND CONDITIONS

All care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specifications of carouselandbazaar.com products are correct at the time of publishing and that the reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and reproduction processes allow.

carouselandbazaar.com cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by the customer.

The appeal of the carouselandbazaar.com collection comes through the hand working of many of the designs. Due to the natural methods of production employed, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST and exclusive of delivery charges. Note that customers, who order from countries outside of Australia, are not subject Australian GST with this amount will be deducted from your order.

The total liability by carouselandbazaar.com for any claims of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising in respect of, or resulting from, any goods supplied by ingeholst.com to the customer shall not exceed the price of such goods.
ingeholst.com reserves the right to change, without notice, any of the details of the product on the site, including prices, colours and sizes.


ORDERING

Shopping on the internet is a popular way of purchasing products from the comfort of your own home or while you're on the go. You should also feel safe in the knowledge that all of your personal financial information is securely transferred through PAYPAL , a trusted world-leader in safe, quick and secure online payments.

We’re also happy to accept orders via email. Just email us a list of the products you would like and we'll get back to you within 24 hours or next business day.

After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.


AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS

We endeavour to have all items listed in our shop available for immediate dispatch. However please be aware that as we are receiving online orders around the clock the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website. We apologies if this situation does occur and will contact you within 24 hours or next business day to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order or offering you a suitable alternative.

Some items listed on the site may be special made-to-order or special order items. In this case, we will contact you within 24 hours or next business day to discuss the estimated delivery time. Please note that these special made-to-order items are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless in the unlikely event that the item/s are faulty.


PRIVACY

We take privacy laws seriously. Any personal details that you provide to us, including your name, address telephone number and email address, beyond that required to make a transaction, will not be released to any third party unless compelled to under governing law (New South Wales, Australia) or requested by you.


SALE ITEMS

We offer refunds on sale items only and not exchanged goods. If a size exchange is required, the item will be refunded and you should re-order through the site. The item will only be refunded if it is returned in accordance with our refund policy.



DELIVERY & RETURNS

Customer satisfaction
It is very important to us at ingeholst.com customers are satisfied with their purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding returns and exchanges. If you remain in any way uncertain, please email us.


REFUNDS

We will be happy to refund any items with which you are not entirely satisfied. Please return product in: new, unused, unmarked condition, with all the original packaging in unmarked, saleable condition. Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns. Proof of purchase can be in the form of a receipt, invoice or credit card statement.
Australian customers must contacts us within seven days of delivery and return the item or items within 14 days of the receipt date.

International customers must contact us with seven days of delivery and return the item with 21 days of the receipt date.
carouselandbazaar.com is not responsible for any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unmarked condition. We do not sell imperfect items and will not accept the return of any item, which is considered marked or imperfect. Please also note that packaging is an inherent part of the product, and a full refund or credit will not be issued if the packaging is not returned.

Special made-to-order or special order items (as indicated online) are not able to be returned or exchanged, as they are ordered by customer request.

When returning goods to us, please retain the proof of postage from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please package your product with care as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product in Transit.

Please allow 14 days for processing. We regret that with the exception of faulty goods, postage and packaging are direct order processing costs and cannot be refunded.

International customers
All international customers please note that overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions should you fail to satisfy these requirements.


EXCHANGES

We will exchange any items that have been purchased at full retail price with which you are not entirely satisfied. The Item will only be exchanged if the item is returned to in accordance with our refund policy.
Please email us indicating the reason for the exchange and item for which you would like to exchange it and we will email you a returns authority form to be included with your return. The original item will be refunded and re-ordered through the site. In the event of us being out of stock of a desired item for exchange, we will advise you of the estimated time of arrival of your exchanged product.

Please note that we are not able to exchange sale items.

When returning goods for exchange,please retain proof of postage from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside of Australia.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without meeting these requirements will be refused and marked return to sender.


HOW TO MAKE YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Step 1 Check that you meet all the conditions above.

Step 3 Choose the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.

Step 4 Return the item/s to be exchanged including a self-addressed prepaid satchel in which your new items to be returned.

FAULTY ITEMS and DAMAGES

We take great care in checking, preparing and packaging your order. In the unlikely event that you receive and item that you believe is faulty please contact us at hello@carouselandbazaar.com We will contact you in 24hrs or next business day and take it from there. Do not return the item to us.

Please note that faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened please insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.


MISPLACED ORDERS

All orders sent by Carousel & Bazaar have a unique tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.


SHIPPING INFORMATION and COSTS

We like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.


Shipping within Australia

• Orders will be dispatched with 48-hours of placement or the next business day.
• Free shipping on all orders - Multiple large items or remote areas may incur a fee. See below.
• Order are shipped via Austrlia Post or courier.
• In most cases orders will be received within one to two business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Please note that large multiple-item orders are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.


Shipping outside of Australia

• Orders will be dispatched within 24-hours of placement or next business day.
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post International.
• Generally orders will be receive within three to 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
• Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.

International shipping costs will be quoted on a per order basis.



GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions derogates from carouselandbazaar.com's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this site or information provided to or gathered by ingeholst.com with respect to that use.
